Grant funding

Applications to this fund were open from April 2025 through the end of January 2026. That funding tranche has now been fully allocated to many amazing projects. We expect to re-open this fund by April 2026.

Applications will be reviewed on a regular basis, to be determined and set out. 

We do not expect our application process to change much when re-iterating, so if you are interested in applying for this grant when it is opened, you could review the previous round’s documentation:

We are here to empower communities to take action and work on challenges related to climate and nature action. One of the ways we do this is by directly providing funding for projects. 

The East Lothian Climate Hub has distributed over £30,000 to Community Climate and Nature Action projects within East Lothian. See this post to see some projects that were successfully funded.

We are continuously seeking additional funding to provide higher levels of funding to organisations, and for an increasingly diverse range of activities.
